Prints are created as Giclee prints on paper or canvas. This one is on canvas since that allows the client to have it framed as a canvas print on a stretcher, or beneath glass like a traditional paper print. We are printing all the new requests for the Jazz Pianist on canvas because David has sorted the colour balance for this medium just perfectly, and it gives adaptability.

Each print is named, numbered and signed before being varnished with an amazing finish called Frogjuice – honest!! This really brings out the detail in the print and fixes the colours for safety. The print has to go to David’s outside workshop for spraying so no time to take the hat off!!!
